HOSIS Milano exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver the orders to a residential address or other address in Italy, according to the shipping option selected by the Customer.

HOSIS Milano will do its best to deliver orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were issued. The goal of HOSIS Milano is to deliver orders within 3/5 working days after order confirmation. Despite the goal of delivering within the indicated interval, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders are delivered by BRT courier and shipping costs (except for promotional initiatives that involve a lower cost or free) are equal to € 6.00.

After sending the order, if the Customer has provided the e-mail address, he will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the data of the expected shipment.

HOSIS Milano guarantees a refund of all returned items as indicated in the RETURNS section, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in at the time of receipt by the Customer (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
